Patio and Paver Sealing. Book Now for Spring.
We clean your pavers first, then seal them once they are dry, so the patio looks fresh and is easier to keep that way.
Clean First. Then Seal.
Clean
A surface cleaner lifts dirt, moss and organic staining off the pavers.
Dry
The pavers dry out fully. Sealer only goes down on a clean, dry surface.
Seal
Sealer goes on evenly, edge to edge.

Homeowners Ask Us.
Do you clean the pavers before sealing?
Always. Sealer locks in whatever is on the surface, so every job starts with a full clean: dirt, moss and organic staining come off first, and the pavers dry before any sealer goes down.
Which surfaces can you seal?
Paver patios, walkways, pool surrounds and paver driveways. Bluestone, other natural stone and poured concrete depend on the material and its condition, so we look at it in person before we recommend sealing.
Will it change how my patio looks?
It can. Some sealers keep a natural look and others deepen the color, so we talk it through with you before we start.
When is the best time to seal?
Sealer needs a clean, dry surface and mild, dry weather, so we schedule sealing in the warmer months, starting in spring. Book now to get on our spring list.
How often do pavers need sealing?
It depends on sun, foot traffic and the sealer used, so we look at the surface and tell you honestly when it is due again.
Can I add it to a patio wash or a full house wash?
Yes, and it fits best that way: the wash is the first step of sealing anyway.
