Four years ago AeroClean was a pair of squeegees, a sponge and a lot of knocked-on doors. Today it is trained sales and field teams, the most complete range of exterior cleaning equipment in the city, and a client list that runs from family homes to Yale, Faneuil Hall and JLL.
Our Story
Started With a Squeegee. Grew on the Hard Jobs.
AeroClean began four years ago with squeegees, sponges and a bucket, knocking on doors in Greater Boston and cleaning the windows of small homes one at a time. No trucks, no crews, no marketing. Just careful work and a neighbour who asked next.
The referrals paid for the next tool, and the next: pure-water poles, soft wash and pressure systems, a surface cleaner, the first truck. Every upgrade was bought by the job before it, and every new method was added because a property asked for it.
Then came the question that defined the company: what about the buildings nobody could reach? AeroClean built its aerial cleaning operation around industrial drones and FAA Part 107 certified pilots, added lift certification for the days a lift is the right answer, and started taking the commercial jobs other contractors turned down. Today that means Yale's Rudolph Hall, the glass canopies at Faneuil Hall and a JLL corporate campus finished 48 percent faster than the previous vendor.
Never the cheapest. The ones who show up, do it properly, and tell you the truth about your property.

Year One
The Squeegee Years
Door to door in Greater Boston. Windows, a sponge, a bucket, and a promise to come back if anything was missed. The first clients were the neighbours of the first clients.
Year Two
The Right Tools
Pure-water poles, soft wash and pressure systems, bought job by job. House washing, roofs, decks and gutters joined the list, and the spring rush needed more than one pair of hands.
Year Three
Into the Air
FAA Part 107 pilots and a purpose-built drone cleaning system. The buildings nobody could reach became the buildings AeroClean is known for.

Aerial Systems
A purpose-built drone cleaning system for the elevations a pole cannot reach and a lift should not have to: towers, steep roofs, tall glass, canopies.

Purified Water
Deionized, mineral-free water that dries with zero spots and zero streaks. No soap residue, nothing for pollen to stick to.

Soft Washing
Low pressure and the right solution for siding, roofs and delicate facades. Bleach-free options where planting and finishes are sensitive.

Pressure and Surface Cleaning
High pressure only where the surface calls for it: walkways, plazas, garages, patios, decks, with a surface cleaner for an even finish.

Lifts and Aerial Platforms
Used as little as possible and never skipped when a surface needs one. MEWP certified operators, permits and details arranged by us.

Hand Finishing
Interior glass, divided lights, historic sash, signage and anything you look at closely, finished by hand with a squeegee and a cloth.

The aerial system is checked, tuned and rebuilt between jobs so it performs the same on a Tuesday in Lexington as it did on the day it was delivered.

Tell the Whole Truth
Every commercial client gets a detailed written proposal: each surface, each method, each risk, in plain language. It is the reason most clients choose us. If we cannot do a job properly, we say so before we quote it.

The Property Chooses the Method
Drones for the elevations, pure water for glass, soft wash for siding and roofs, lifts on the days a lift is right, and a trained hand for the details. Never one tool applied to everything.

Take the Hard Ones
Buildings with no anchors, awkward access, tight sidewalks, the jobs other companies decline or overprice. Those are the ones we like most.

Quality Over Speed
We use a lift as little as possible, but we will never trade the quality of the finish for a faster day. The work is done right or it is not done.

Andree Coronado
Founder
Started AeroClean as a teenager with a squeegee and a list of streets, and built it into a company while studying at Bentley University. Today he leads the business and trains the sales and technician teams that carry the standard onto every property.
