High-Rise Window Cleaning Without Roof Anchors, Davits or Ropes.
Most mid-rise buildings in New England were never fitted with certified roof anchors, and the ones that were face annual recertification and load testing before anyone can clip in. We clean tall glass without any of it: custom cleaning aircraft on the open elevations, water-fed poles to about six floors, and lifts under a written plan where the building demands one. Nobody hangs from your roof.

The Properties That Book This Most.
The Method, Not the Marketing.
A rope-access company needs anchors, davits and a building that was designed for them. A lift company needs a plaza to park on and a week to do what the aircraft does in a day. We own every method and pick the one each elevation actually needs. The aircraft handles the broad faces. The pole handles the first six floors and the courtyard the aircraft cannot enter. The lift handles the overhang under the canopy. The plan shows which tool goes where, elevation by elevation, before the first day.
Safety runs on written rules, not judgment calls on the day. The aircraft pause above 18 mph sustained wind and lifts above 25, and that buffer is already in the schedule. Every flight has a certificated pilot and a visual observer, an exclusion zone beneath it and no flight over people. Every lift has a ground attendant for its full duration. The building never has a person suspended from its roof, so it never carries that liability either.
How We Price It, and When We Show Up.
One price per property, built from a takeoff
Every elevation is counted on the site walk, glass area is measured from the walk and from imagery, and production rates are applied per method. That gives one price per building with mobilization, equipment, purified water, permits, police detail, airspace authorization, insurance and the closing walk included. Elevations that need a lift are itemized so you can see exactly why they cost more than the ones the aircraft covers.
Recurring programs are priced below the first clean. A tower on a quarterly program is on the schedule before the season starts, with the permit and airspace paperwork renewed by us.
Around your tenants, not through them
Tall buildings are sequenced by elevation and by permit window. Street-facing faces are done inside the permit hours with the detail in place. Courtyard and rear faces are done in the wind. On a day the aircraft cannot fly, the crew moves to pole and ground work, and the date and the price do not move. Tenants are notified through your management office and a supervisor is on site every working hour.
Buildings That Trusted Us With the Hard Part.
Lexington Corporate Center
Four office buildings cleaned by drone with hand work at grade. No lift or ladder anywhere on site. The property manager already held a traditional quote built on lifts and scaffolding. We finished in about half the time, at 36 percent less, and now service the portfolio on a recurring basis.
Rudolph Hall, Yale School of Architecture
A brutalist landmark with deep ribbed concrete and glass set back from the face. Drone where it could fly, a lift and water-fed pole where the concrete demanded it. Municipal permits and police detail filed and managed by us. Full exterior and interior program completed in four days.
The Glass Canopies at Quincy Market
Hundreds of glass panes over a marketplace that never really closes. Cleaned around the market's hours with the plaza open and the public walking beneath. No closures and no scaffolding. The first cleaning became a recurring monthly program.

Property Managers Ask Us.
Our building has no roof anchors. Can you still clean it?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. Drone, pole and lift cover every elevation without a roof penetration or a rope, so you also skip the anchor certification and the liability that comes with suspended work.
Can a drone really clean glass properly?
Yes. The aircraft delivers pure water at controlled pressure with a scrubbing pass, the same chemistry and rinse as a pole, on the elevations a pole cannot reach. Where the glass needs a hand, a lift or the pole finishes it.
What happens on a windy day?
The wind gates are written into the plan, and so is the buffer for them. When it blows, the crew moves to sheltered elevations or ground work, and the completion date does not move.
Can you fly near Logan?
Often, with a manual FAA authorization that we file ahead of time, since many downtown grids carry a zero-foot ceiling. Where the airspace says no, that elevation is planned for pole or lift from the start.
How tall can you go?
The pole covers about six floors from the ground. The aircraft handles the elevations above that on mid-rise and high-rise buildings, and a lift covers the specific spots the aircraft cannot reach. We walk the building and tell you the plan before we quote it.
Send Us the Property. We Will Send You the Plan.
Tell us the address and the height, and we will walk it, check the airspace and send the plan within 48 hours.
