Commercial Window Cleaning in Providence and Everywhere Else in Rhode Island.
Providence packs a financial district, two campuses, a growing lab district and a mall into a few square miles, with Narragansett Bay putting salt on all of it. We cover the whole state from our Brighton base, from downtown towers to Newport hotels, with every method on the truck and one written plan per building.

Yale UniversityFaneuil Hall MarketplaceWindow Cleaning, Pressure Washing and Building Washing for Providence Properties.
Windows, facades, garages, plazas and specialty glass, delivered by one crew on one proposal, so you are not coordinating four vendors and four certificates of insurance.
Most Companies Own One Tool. We Own Them All.
A drone company flies your building whether or not it should be flown. A lift company parks a lift on your plaza whether or not it needs one. We own the complete range, from custom cleaning aircraft and water-fed poles to lifts, surface cleaners and a squeegee, and we pick the method section by section.
The tool changes with the building. The standard does not. Every pane gets the right method and your property gets the least disruption, in writing, before anyone arrives.

What Makes Providence Different.
Flying and closing the street
Warwick and the south side of the city sit under T.F. Green's Class C airspace, where LAANC authorization is usually granted within minutes at the published ceilings. Most of downtown and the East Side is outside it. A certificated remote pilot and a visual observer are on every flight regardless. A lift or staging on a city sidewalk needs a Permit to Obstruct the Right-of-Way from Providence's Traffic Engineering Division, filed at least two business days ahead. We file it, pay it and schedule around it, with a police detail wherever the city asks for one.
What the buildings are made of
Narragansett Bay is the defining condition. Salt air reaches glass in Downcity, on the East Side and along the whole shore from Warwick to Newport, and it dries as a haze that a wipe will not remove. Every exterior pane gets a scrub and a pure-water rinse, and hotel glass on the water is on a shorter cycle than glass inland. The building stock is brick from the mill era, brownstone and limestone on the older institutions, and curtain wall on the towers and the new lab buildings. Each gets its own pressure and chemistry, and none of the masonry ever sees a pressure washer.
Working around the people inside
Providence runs on calendars: WaterFire on the river, Convention Center events, Brown and RISD move-in and commencement, and hotels that fill on every one of them. We sequence by elevation and by hour, run interior glass after hours, keep an attended exclusion zone under any flight or lift, and notify tenants through your management office. Certificates of insurance naming your ownership and management entities are issued before day one.
Three Buildings. Three Different Answers.
A suburban office campus, a brutalist university landmark and a glass canopy over one of the busiest public spaces in New England. Same crew, same standard, a different plan for each.
Lexington Corporate Center
Four office buildings cleaned by drone with hand work at grade. No lift or ladder anywhere on site. The property manager already held a traditional quote built on lifts and scaffolding. We finished in about half the time, at 36 percent less, and now service the portfolio on a recurring basis.
Rudolph Hall, Yale School of Architecture
A brutalist landmark with deep ribbed concrete and glass set back from the face. Drone where it could fly, a lift and water-fed pole where the concrete demanded it. Municipal permits and police detail filed and managed by us. Full exterior and interior program completed in four days.
The Glass Canopies at Quincy Market
Hundreds of glass panes over a marketplace that never really closes. Cleaned around the market's hours with the plaza open and the public walking beneath. No closures and no scaffolding. The first cleaning became a recurring monthly program.

Providence Property Managers Ask Us.
Why does the glass on our bayfront hotel haze over so fast?
Salt. Wind carries it off the bay and it dries on the glass as a film that ordinary washing smears around. We scrub it, rinse with pure water, and put waterfront glass on a shorter cycle so it never builds up to the point of etching.
Do you cover Newport and the East Bay?
Yes. We cover all of Rhode Island from our base outside Boston and cluster jobs by region, so Newport, Bristol and Warwick are scheduled together.
Can you work on a hotel during a Convention Center weekend?
Yes, and we would rather schedule around it. Street-facing elevations are done outside check-in hours, the work moves floor by floor, and nothing hangs over guests or the sidewalk.
Who pulls the sidewalk permit downtown?
We do. The sidewalk permit is filed with the city's Traffic Engineering Division at least two business days out, and the fee and any police detail are inside the building price.
Own a home in Rhode Island? Our residential team covers houses in Greater Boston and southern New Hampshire, and quotes homes elsewhere in the region case by case.
Send Us the Building. We Will Send You the Plan.
Tell us the address and whether the building faces the water, and we will walk it, check the airspace and send the plan within 48 hours.
