Commercial Window Cleaning in Hartford and Across Connecticut.
Connecticut gave us one of the hardest buildings we have ever cleaned, Yale's Rudolph Hall in New Haven, and it is the reason property managers across the state call. Insurance towers in Hartford, campuses in New Haven and Storrs, corporate headquarters in Fairfield County: every method on one truck, one written plan per building.

Windows, facades, garages, plazas and specialty glass, delivered by one crew on one proposal, so you are not coordinating four vendors and four certificates of insurance.
Most Companies Own One Tool. We Own Them All.
A drone company flies your building whether or not it should be flown. A lift company parks a lift on your plaza whether or not it needs one. We own the complete range, from custom cleaning aircraft and water-fed poles to lifts, surface cleaners and a squeegee, and we pick the method section by section.
The tool changes with the building. The standard does not. Every pane gets the right method and your property gets the least disruption, in writing, before anyone arrives.

What Makes Hartford Different.
Flying and closing the street
Bradley International's Class C airspace covers Windsor Locks and Windsor north of the city, and downtown Hartford sits under the smaller Class D of Hartford-Brainard, where LAANC authorization is usually granted within minutes. Downtown New Haven is under Tweed New Haven's Class D and works the same way. A certificated remote pilot and a visual observer are on every flight. Any lift or staging on a sidewalk needs the city's right-of-way permit, and New Haven asked for a police detail on the Rudolph Hall street frontage. We file the permits, pay them and hire the detail, and all of it sits inside the one price per building.
What the buildings are made of
The Connecticut River valley holds humidity and pollen, so north-facing brick and limestone go green faster here than on the coast, and river fog leaves a mineral film on low glass in Hartford and Middletown. Winter salt off I-84 and I-91 lands on the ground floors from December to March. The older buildings are Portland brownstone and brick, both of which get a garden-hose-pressure soft wash and nothing stronger. The insurance towers and the new campus buildings are curtain wall and precast, cleaned with pure water and a rinse that dries without spots.
Working around the people inside
Insurance campuses run on badges and escorts, Yale runs on the academic calendar, and the hospitals in Hartford and New Haven never stop. We coordinate with security and facilities before mobilization, sequence by elevation and by hour, run interior glass after hours, and keep an attended exclusion zone under any flight or lift. Certificates of insurance naming your ownership and management entities are issued before day one.
Three Buildings. Three Different Answers.
A suburban office campus, a brutalist university landmark and a glass canopy over one of the busiest public spaces in New England. Same crew, same standard, a different plan for each.
Lexington Corporate Center
Four office buildings cleaned by drone with hand work at grade. No lift or ladder anywhere on site. The property manager already held a traditional quote built on lifts and scaffolding. We finished in about half the time, at 36 percent less, and now service the portfolio on a recurring basis.
Rudolph Hall, Yale School of Architecture
A brutalist landmark with deep ribbed concrete and glass set back from the face. Drone where it could fly, a lift and water-fed pole where the concrete demanded it. Municipal permits and police detail filed and managed by us. Full exterior and interior program completed in four days.
The Glass Canopies at Quincy Market
Hundreds of glass panes over a marketplace that never really closes. Cleaned around the market's hours with the plaza open and the public walking beneath. No closures and no scaffolding. The first cleaning became a recurring monthly program.

Hartford Property Managers Ask Us.
You cleaned Rudolph Hall. Does that mean you take on other difficult buildings?
Yes. Deep-set glass, concrete fins, courtyards a lift cannot enter and buildings with no roof anchors are the work we built the company around. Send us the building that other vendors declined.
How far into Connecticut do you travel?
Hartford and New Haven are about two hours from our base and are scheduled as day trips or clustered multi-day runs. Stamford and Fairfield County are scheduled as multi-day trips, usually for a campus or a portfolio.
Can you clean a brownstone building without damaging it?
Yes. Portland brownstone is soft and it spalls under pressure, so it gets a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaner that does the work chemically, and the pressure washer stays on the truck.
Do you work around security on a corporate campus?
Yes. We provide crew lists and certificates ahead of time, badge in, follow the escort rules, and sequence the work with facilities so the executive floors and the lobby are done outside business hours.
