Commercial Window Cleaning in Boston Every Elevation, One Written Plan.
Boston is where we are based and where most of our commercial work happens: curtain-wall towers downtown, brownstones in the Back Bay, lab buildings in Kendall and the Seaport, and landmarks that never close. We own every method, from drones to a squeegee, and we put the whole plan in writing before anyone arrives.

Windows, facades, garages, plazas and specialty glass, delivered by one crew on one proposal, so you are not coordinating four vendors and four certificates of insurance.
Most Companies Own One Tool. We Own Them All.
A drone company flies your building whether or not it should be flown. A lift company parks a lift on your plaza whether or not it needs one. We own the complete range, from custom cleaning aircraft and water-fed poles to lifts, surface cleaners and a squeegee, and we pick the method section by section.
The tool changes with the building. The standard does not. Every pane gets the right method and your property gets the least disruption, in writing, before anyone arrives.

What Makes Boston Different.
Flying and closing the street
Downtown, the Seaport and much of Cambridge sit under Logan's Class B airspace, and a large share of those grid squares carry a zero-foot LAANC ceiling. That means a manual FAA authorization, which we file well ahead of the job rather than discovering the problem on the day. Where the airspace or the building says no, the plan switches that elevation to pole or lift, and the price does not move. Any lift or staging on a sidewalk needs a Boston street occupancy permit from Public Works, applied for at least seven business days ahead with a traffic plan and a police detail. We file it, bond it, hire the detail and put every one of those costs inside the one price per building.
What the buildings are made of
Boston glass carries two films most cities do not: harbor salt on anything facing the water, and road salt thrown onto the lower floors from December to March. Both need a scrub and a pure-water rinse, not a wipe. The waterfront also brings wind, and our aircraft pause above 18 mph sustained, so Seaport schedules carry a wind buffer and the crew moves to sheltered elevations when it blows. On the building side, brownstone and old lime-mortar brick take a low-pressure soft wash only, limestone and precast take a little more, and curtain wall gets pure water and nothing that can etch a coating.
Working around the people inside
Almost every Boston job is occupied while we work: hotel guests, hospital patients, lab tenants, restaurant sidewalks. We sequence by elevation and by hour, run interior glass after hours, notify tenants through your management office, and keep an exclusion zone under any active flight. Historic districts such as the Back Bay and Beacon Hill review exterior alterations, not cleaning, so no commission approval is needed to wash a building there. Certificates of insurance naming your ownership and management entities are issued before day one.
Three Buildings. Three Different Answers.
A suburban office campus, a brutalist university landmark and a glass canopy over one of the busiest public spaces in New England. Same crew, same standard, a different plan for each.
Lexington Corporate Center
Four office buildings cleaned by drone with hand work at grade. No lift or ladder anywhere on site. The property manager already held a traditional quote built on lifts and scaffolding. We finished in about half the time, at 36 percent less, and now service the portfolio on a recurring basis.
Rudolph Hall, Yale School of Architecture
A brutalist landmark with deep ribbed concrete and glass set back from the face. Drone where it could fly, a lift and water-fed pole where the concrete demanded it. Municipal permits and police detail filed and managed by us. Full exterior and interior program completed in four days.
The Glass Canopies at Quincy Market
Hundreds of glass panes over a marketplace that never really closes. Cleaned around the market's hours with the plaza open and the public walking beneath. No closures and no scaffolding. The first cleaning became a recurring monthly program.

Boston Property Managers Ask Us.
Can you actually fly a drone at my building downtown?
Often, but not always. Logan's Class B airspace puts a zero-foot ceiling on many downtown grid squares, so we check the exact address, file the FAA authorization ahead of time, and plan the elevations we cannot fly for pole or lift work. You get the same finish either way, and you know which method is on which elevation before we start.
Do you handle the street occupancy permit and the police detail?
Yes. We apply to Boston Public Works at least seven business days out, post the bond, hire the detail and sequence the work around the permit window. Those costs are inside the building price, not added afterward.
Can you clean an occupied hotel or hospital without disrupting it?
That is most of our Boston work. We schedule by elevation and by hour, work interior glass after hours, and keep an attended exclusion zone under any flight or lift. Nobody relocates.
How do you quote a portfolio?
One site walk covers every building, the proposal itemizes each one with its own method map and price, and recurring programs are priced below the first visit because the first visit is the most involved.
Own a home in Massachusetts? Our residential team covers houses in Greater Boston and southern New Hampshire, and quotes homes elsewhere in the region case by case.
