Commercial Window Cleaning in Worcester From the Millyards to the Labs.
Worcester has two kinds of commercial building, and they need opposite treatment: brick mills and civic stone from the 1800s that cannot take pressure, and the new glass labs and residences going up around them that show every streak. We bring the whole range of methods from Brighton and match them building by building, in one written plan.

Yale UniversityFaneuil Hall MarketplaceWindow Cleaning, Pressure Washing and Building Washing for Worcester Properties.
Windows, facades, garages, plazas and specialty glass, delivered by one crew on one proposal, so you are not coordinating four vendors and four certificates of insurance.
Most Companies Own One Tool. We Own Them All.
A drone company flies your building whether or not it should be flown. A lift company parks a lift on your plaza whether or not it needs one. We own the complete range, from custom cleaning aircraft and water-fed poles to lifts, surface cleaners and a squeegee, and we pick the method section by section.
The tool changes with the building. The standard does not. Every pane gets the right method and your property gets the least disruption, in writing, before anyone arrives.

What Makes Worcester Different.
Flying and closing the street
Part of the west side of the city sits under the Class D airspace of Worcester Regional Airport, where LAANC authorization is usually granted within minutes for the altitudes we fly. Most of downtown and the east side is outside it. Either way, a certificated remote pilot and a visual observer are on every flight. Any lift or staging that narrows a street or sidewalk needs a street obstruction permit from the Department of Public Works and Parks, which we apply for, pay and schedule around, with a police detail where the city requires one.
What the buildings are made of
Worcester gets more snow than any other large city in the Northeast, and the road salt that comes with it ends up on every ground-floor window and brick face by March. Spring brings a heavy pollen load off the hills. The old mills and civic buildings are brick, granite and brownstone set in soft mortar, so they get a soft wash at garden-hose pressure and nothing stronger. The new labs and residential towers are glass and metal panel, which get pure water and a rinse that dries without spots, even after a winter of salt.
Working around the people inside
The Canal District runs on Polar Park's calendar, the colleges run on move-in and commencement, and the medical buildings never stop. We sequence by elevation and by hour, run interior glass after hours, keep an attended exclusion zone under any flight or lift, and notify tenants through your management office. Certificates of insurance naming your ownership and management entities are issued before day one.
Three Buildings. Three Different Answers.
A suburban office campus, a brutalist university landmark and a glass canopy over one of the busiest public spaces in New England. Same crew, same standard, a different plan for each.
Lexington Corporate Center
Four office buildings cleaned by drone with hand work at grade. No lift or ladder anywhere on site. The property manager already held a traditional quote built on lifts and scaffolding. We finished in about half the time, at 36 percent less, and now service the portfolio on a recurring basis.
Rudolph Hall, Yale School of Architecture
A brutalist landmark with deep ribbed concrete and glass set back from the face. Drone where it could fly, a lift and water-fed pole where the concrete demanded it. Municipal permits and police detail filed and managed by us. Full exterior and interior program completed in four days.
The Glass Canopies at Quincy Market
Hundreds of glass panes over a marketplace that never really closes. Cleaned around the market's hours with the plaza open and the public walking beneath. No closures and no scaffolding. The first cleaning became a recurring monthly program.

Worcester Property Managers Ask Us.
Can you soft wash a converted mill without damaging the brick?
Yes. Old brick laid in lime mortar is cleaned at low pressure with a biodegradable solution that removes the growth chemically. A pressure washer would blow out the mortar joints, so it never touches the building.
Do you travel to Worcester for a single building?
Yes. Worcester is about an hour from our base, and we cluster jobs across Central Massachusetts so a single building is still worth the trip. A proposal costs you nothing.
Can you clean a lab building while research is running?
Yes. Exterior glass is done from outside with pure water and nothing enters the building. Interior glass is scheduled with facilities after hours or floor by floor, and nobody relocates.
What about the street permit on Main Street?
We apply for the DPW street obstruction permit, pay it, hire a police detail if the city requires one, and schedule the work inside the permit window. It is all inside the building price.
