Drone Window and Facade Cleaning Filmed on Real Buildings, Not Staged.
Our aircraft are custom-built cleaning systems, not camera drones with a hose attached. They deliver pure water and soft-wash solution at a pressure set for each elevation, flown by FAA certificated pilots with a visual observer on every flight. The result is glass and facades cleaned in a fraction of the time, with no lift on your plaza and no anchors on your roof.

The Properties That Book This Most.
The Method, Not the Marketing.
The aircraft carry onboard obstacle detection and are tethered to the ground for water and power, so they fly for hours, not minutes, and the pilot stands where the building can be seen. Pressure is set per elevation: pure water for glass, soft-wash chemistry for masonry and panel, and dialed down for older mortar, sealant joints and signage. Every flight has a certificated remote pilot and a visual observer, an exclusion zone below, and a weather gate at 18 mph sustained wind.
The aircraft is one tool, not the whole answer. Courtyards too tight to fly, deep reveals and glass set back behind concrete fins get a pole or a lift, and storefront and lobby glass get a hand. We own every method, so the building decides how it gets cleaned. The proposal shows which elevations the aircraft covers and which ones get another tool, before the first day.
How We Price It, and When We Show Up.
One price per property, built from a takeoff
Glass area and facade area are measured per elevation on the site walk and from imagery, and production rates for the aircraft are applied where it can fly. That gives one price per building, with mobilization, purified water, airspace authorization, permits, police detail, insurance and the closing walk included. Because the aircraft does in a day what a lift crew does in a week, the price for a broad, open elevation is usually well below a traditional quote, and the proposal shows that elevation by elevation.
Around your tenants, not through them
Flying days are sequenced around permit windows, occupancy and wind. The crew arrives with the site protection, sets the exclusion zone, and moves elevation by elevation. On a day the aircraft cannot fly, the crew moves to sheltered or ground work, and the completion date and the price do not move.
Buildings That Trusted Us With the Hard Part.
Lexington Corporate Center
Four office buildings cleaned by drone with hand work at grade. No lift or ladder anywhere on site. The property manager already held a traditional quote built on lifts and scaffolding. We finished in about half the time, at 36 percent less, and now service the portfolio on a recurring basis.
Rudolph Hall, Yale School of Architecture
A brutalist landmark with deep ribbed concrete and glass set back from the face. Drone where it could fly, a lift and water-fed pole where the concrete demanded it. Municipal permits and police detail filed and managed by us. Full exterior and interior program completed in four days.
The Glass Canopies at Quincy Market
Hundreds of glass panes over a marketplace that never really closes. Cleaned around the market's hours with the plaza open and the public walking beneath. No closures and no scaffolding. The first cleaning became a recurring monthly program.

Property Managers Ask Us.
Is drone cleaning as good as a person on a rope or a lift?
For glass and facades the aircraft can reach, yes. It scrubs and rinses with the same pure water and chemistry, and the pilot inspects each pass from the ground. Where a pane needs a hand, the pole or the lift finishes it, and the plan says so in advance.
Are the pilots licensed and insured?
Yes. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certificated remote pilot with a visual observer, under general liability plus aviation and drone liability, with certificates of insurance naming your ownership and management entities before day one.
Can you fly in downtown Boston?
Often, with a manual FAA authorization for the zero-ceiling grids near Logan, which we file ahead of time. Where the airspace says no, that elevation is planned for pole or lift from the start.
Will water end up on tenants or cars below?
No. Pressure is controlled, the aircraft works close to the surface, and an attended exclusion zone keeps people and vehicles out from beneath the flight. Runoff is kept away from storm drains and landscaping.
Do you film the work?
Yes. The videos on this page were filmed on commercial properties during real jobs, and we photograph before and after on every building.
Send Us the Property. We Will Send You the Plan.
Tell us the address and send a photo of the building if you have one, and we will walk it, check the airspace and send the plan within 48 hours.
